This amendment is still in use today. We can not arrest people without a goodreason and they have to go to court. Another main part in this amendment is the right to assemble; you can go to the capitol building and say what you want without getting arrested. A great example of this amendment is if you get arrested you have the right to remain silent and any thing you say will be held agenst you.
